William E. Pelham, Jr., Ph.D., a baby psychologist, ADDitude contributor, and proponent of behavioral remedy for kids with ADHD, died on October 21, 2023. He was 75.
Founding director of the Middle for Kids and Households at Florida Worldwide College (FIU) and distinguished professor of psychology, Pelham advocated that youngsters with ADHD start remedy with behavioral remedy and parental intervention strategies, including low doses of stimulant remedy if vital.
